Since our products/services are intangible digital goods, all sales are considered final once the purchase is completed.

However, we may issue a refund under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased digital product
• Failure to deliver the digital item after confirmed payment

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Delivery Policy (Intangible Goods)

Our products/services are delivered electronically. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive access to the digital product via:

• Email confirmation
• Direct download link
• In-app access (if applicable)

Delivery is usually instant. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to processing delays.
